W 2020 r. dziewięć największych polskich rynków biurowych wzbogaciło się o dodatkowy 700 tys. mkw. powierzchni biurowej – wynika z najnowszego raportu CBRE. To najgorszy wynik od pięciu lat. Niższy niż w ostatnich latach był także popyt na nowe biura. Przed całkowitą zapaścią uratowały go firmy z branży IT.
W Warszawie w 2020 r. przybyło 314 tys. mkw. nowej powierzchni biurowej w szesnastu lokalizacjach. W tym czasie zawarto także umowy najmu opiewające na 608 tys. mkw. powierzchni, co było wynikiem o 30 proc. niższym niż w 2019 r.
